Enlight Environmental announced that as of now, the total amount of litigation and arbitration matters of the company and its subsidiaries amounts to 5.053 billion yuan, accounting for 210.41% of the latest audited net assets. Among them, the unsettled amount as a plaintiff is 0.527 billion yuan, and the unsettled amount as a defendant is 4.526 billion yuan. Some of the previous lawsuits have been adjudicated or settled, with an outstanding amount of about 7.243 billion yuan. In addition, the company has been listed as a dishonest debtor for failing to pay some outstanding amounts on time, involving a total amount of 345,000 yuan. The company is currently working on resolving these risks and will disclose any progress in accordance with regulations.
