Announcement of Beidou Star Communications: The company held a board meeting on January 14, 2026, to approve providing a joint liability guarantee of 82.8 million yuan to its affiliated holding subsidiary Beidou Zhilian and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Beidou. The guarantee amount accounts for 1.62% of the company's audited net assets in 2024. Beidou Zhilian and Jiangsu Beidou need to apply for a 500 million yuan bank credit line for business development, with the guarantee period valid for 12 months from the date of approval at the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026. Beidou Zhilian holds 100% equity of Jiangsu Beidou, and the company indirectly holds 16.5568% equity of Beidou Zhilian through Beidou Communications in Chongqing.
