On January 14, according to information disclosed by the JD Asset Trading Platform, the real estate at No. 1 Tongda Road in Changshu City, as well as the equipment, facilities, spare parts, and other properties within the factory area, are about to undergo a second auction. The starting price is approximately 859 million yuan, and the estimated asset value is approximately 1.534 billion yuan. The auction will take place at 10 a.m. on January 15, and currently there is only one registered bidder. This auction is being conducted by the People's Court of Changshu City, Jiangsu Province.
