On the morning of January 14th, 2026, the work conference of China Post Group Co., Ltd and the first session of the seventh staff representative conference were held in Beijing. Liu Wei, the Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Transportation, attended and delivered a speech. Liu Wei emphasized the need to enhance the core competitiveness of postal services, expand the extended service chain, strengthen postal service capacity building, and strengthen the international postal network. Efforts should be made to promote the integrated development of passenger and freight mail, promote the construction of a three-tier logistics system in rural areas, enhance the comprehensive service functions of terminal nodes, deepen cooperation between transportation and postal services, and promote cooperation between postal services and express services.
