The former Party Secretary and General Manager of the Modern Logistics and Trade Company of Huaibei Mining Group, Shao Hua, has been expelled from the Party for serious violations of discipline and law.

After investigation, Shao Hua ignored the spirit of the Eight-point Decision of the Central Committee, accepted gifts that may affect the fair execution of official duties; violated organizational discipline by not explaining the problem truthfully when questioned by the organization; violated integrity discipline by improperly accepting gifts and shopping cards from management and service targets, allowing and tolerating relatives to use the influence of his position to engage in profit-making activities, engaging in business and setting up enterprises in violation of regulations; using his position to seek benefits for others in coal trading, supply and procurement, and illegally accepting large sums of money from others.
