By 2030, urban advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) will become mainstream features for both assisted and autonomous driving.

On January 14th, the China Automotive Industry Association's China Automotive Industry Economic and Technical Information Research Institute released the "2025 Urban NOA Autonomous Driving Assistance Research Report." The report shows that the number of models equipped with urban NOA functionality has significantly increased, with over 28.8% of mainstream passenger car brands having models with urban NOA functionality. It is predicted that with the increase in urban NOA penetration rate, urban NOA will become the mainstream function for assisted and autonomous driving by 2030. At the same time, driven by the dual forces of supplier technology democratization and increasing consumer willingness to pay, urban NOA functionality is gradually moving from high-end models to the mainstream price range of 150,000 to 200,000 RMB. It is expected to further cover the market of 100,000 to 150,000 RMB in the future, achieving large-scale popularization.
