The latest revised "Nanjing Talent Settlement Implementation Measures" have been officially implemented. According to the "Nanjing Release" news, compared to the revised "Nanjing Talent Settlement Implementation Measures" in 2023, the new "measures" further relax the threshold for talent settlement. In terms of skill settlement, "persons with a professional skill level of three or above" have been added, clarifying that those who belong to the high-level professional skill grade and are under the age of 35, have been continuously paying urban worker social insurance in the city for more than 3 months, and are currently paying, can settle directly. In addition, among the newly added occupational skill personnel eligible for settlement, those who belong to the skill technician grade must be under the age of 45; there is no age limit for chief technicians, special technicians, and senior technicians. Other talents who can apply for settlement directly include: those with a postgraduate degree or undergraduate degree graduates under the age of 45; undergraduate degree graduates under the age of 40 who are currently paying urban worker social insurance in the city and have been continuously paying for more than 6 months; undergraduate degree graduates under the age of 35 who are currently paying urban worker social insurance in the city; persons with intermediate or above professional technical qualifications.
