Krypton Automotive Obtains Authorization for New Patent for U-turn in Place.

Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, the patent for the "method, system, vehicle, and storage medium for the control of a vehicle turning around in place" applied by Zhejiang Geek Smart Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. has been authorized. The abstract shows that the method of the invention includes: determining whether the vehicle's turning around in place function is enabled; if so, applying braking torque to the inner front wheel for steering, and applying driving torque to the outer front wheel, while stopping the application of driving torque to the inner rear wheel and combining the driving torque of the inner rear wheel and the outer rear wheel to the outer rear wheel, in order to control the vehicle's turning around in place. Therefore, by applying braking torque to the inner front wheel and transferring the driving torque of the inner rear wheel to the outer rear wheel, to make maximum use of the braking and driving torque on both sides to help the vehicle turn around in place, the process is smoother.
