Zhu Fenglian stated that there is only one China in the world, and Taiwan is a part of China; this is the true current situation in the Taiwan Strait. The Democratic Progressive Party authorities stubbornly adhere to the separatist stance of "Taiwan independence" and collude with external forces to provoke "independence," which is the root cause of disturbances and instability in the Taiwan Strait, endangering peace and stability. "Taiwan independence" and peace in the Taiwan Strait are incompatible. To maintain peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait, it is necessary to firmly oppose "Taiwan independence," a stance that is clear to people on both sides of the strait and the international community.
