On January 14th, GuoXin Securities Fund announced that the company's general manager Chen Zhong and chief investment officer Bi Zinan have resigned, and Zhang Peng will take over as general manager. Zhang Peng has served as the chief director of a department at the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, compliance director and chief risk officer at Galaxy Golden Harvest Securities Asset Management Co. Ltd., and as an inspector at Huarong Fund. He is currently the deputy general manager and inspector of GuoXin Securities Fund.
