Vanke will release the final resolution of the "21 Vanke 02" bondholders' meeting before January 16th.

China Vanke Co., Ltd. announced on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that in order to prudently carry out the interest payment of the company's bond "21 Vanke 02", a bondholders' meeting will be held to review the adjustments related to the interest payment arrangements for this bond. The final resolution of this bondholders' meeting will be announced by the convener, Citic Securities Co., Ltd., through a supplementary notice before January 16. The time and arrangements for the bondholders' meeting will also be explained in the supplementary notice.
