The British law criminalizes the production of intimate images without consent.

British Minister for Science, Innovation and Technology Liz Kendall announced on January 12 that the relevant provisions of the UK's "Data Act" will come into effect this week. Making or seeking to make private images without consent will be considered a criminal offense, and posting such content on social media platforms like X will also constitute a criminal offense.
