On January 13, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China, met with the visiting delegation led by Timothy Geithner, former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and Chairman of Warburg Pincus, at the Bank of China headquarters. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening cooperation in mergers and acquisitions financing, providing services for Chinese enterprises going global, and promoting the international use of the Renminbi.
