Best: Plans to make additional investments of up to $45 million in its subsidiary in Thailand.

On January 13, Best announced that the company plans to make an additional investment of up to $45 million through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beiyonghua Technology Co., Ltd., in Thailand to support the daily operation of Beiyonghua's Thai subsidiary, the construction of the second phase factory, and the purchase of equipment and facilities. Best also announced on the same day that it plans to use its own idle funds for entrusted wealth management, with an investment amount not exceeding $800 million, to invest in low-risk short-term wealth management products.
