Baicheng Technology announced that as of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Hua Xiaoling, a senior executive of Baicheng System Technology Co., Ltd., holds 120,000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0227% of the total share capital of the company; Mr. Zhu Chenguang, a senior executive, holds 96,000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0182% of the total share capital of the company. Ms. Hua Xiaoling and Mr. Zhu Chenguang plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 54,000 shares through centralized bidding within fifteen trading days after the date of this announcement and within the next 3 months. The proportion of the reduced holdings to the total share capital of the company shall not exceed 0.0102%, and the planned reduction proportion for each person shall not exceed 25% of their total individual shareholding. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction implementation.
