WanTong Expressway announced that the company has joined a consortium led by Anhui Provincial Transportation Holdings Group Co., Ltd. to bid for the franchisee project of the section from Huainan to Tongcheng of the S19 Huainan to Tongcheng Expressway through open tendering. The winning bid price is 7.237 billion yuan, with a concession period of 354 months and a construction period of 1080 days. This investment constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The company will continue to follow up on the progress and fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely manner.
