Shanghai Construction Engineering Company announced that from January to December 2025, the company and its subsidiaries have signed a total of contracts worth 2529.42 billion yuan, a decrease of 34.98% compared to the previous year. Specifically, this includes construction contracts worth 1943.46 billion yuan, design consulting contracts worth 167.04 billion yuan, building materials industry contracts worth 245.53 billion yuan, real estate development contracts worth 110.06 billion yuan, urban construction investment contracts worth 13.09 billion yuan, and other contracts worth 50.24 billion yuan. The company has won 66 major construction projects with a value of over 5 billion yuan, totaling 608.54 billion yuan; among them, there are 18 projects worth over 10 billion yuan, totaling 263.8 billion yuan.
