Zhefu Holdings announced that it has recently received notification from its controlling shareholder Tonglu Yuantong that their 40.4041 million shares of the company's stock have been released from pledge on January 12, 2026, accounting for 3.21% of their holdings and 0.77% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors have a total of 847 million pledged shares, accounting for 48.20% of their holdings and 16.22% of the company's total share capital. The corresponding financing balance for the pledged shares expiring in the next six months and one year is 585 million yuan and 1.318 billion yuan, respectively, and the controlling shareholder has the ability to repay. This release of pledge will not lead to a change in controlling interest and will have no adverse impact on the company.
