Southeast Sudan was attacked by drones, causing dozens of casualties.
On January 12th local time, Sudanese civil organization "Sudan Doctors Network" issued a statement stating that the capital of Sinnar State in southeastern Sudan, Sinja, was attacked by drones, resulting in at least 10 civilians dead and 9 others injured. The statement condemned the Sudan Rapid Support Forces for launching the attack, stating that the armed group fired about 10 guided missiles at multiple locations in the city, causing casualties. The Rapid Support Forces have not yet responded to these allegations. Additionally, local health officials revealed that the death toll from the attack has risen to 27 people, with many others injured.
