CITIC Securities: Director Wang Shuhui resigns

China Securities has announced that Mr. Wang Shuhui, a non-executive director of the company, submitted his resignation report to the board of directors on January 12, 2026, due to a change in his job. He resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Board Development Strategy and ESG Committee and the Risk Management Committee. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Shuhui will not hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiaries. According to the Company Law and the company's Articles of Association, Mr. Wang Shuhui's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, will not affect the company's operations, and he will ensure a smooth handover of work according to company regulations.
