Huaxin Securities: Intends to increase capital of Huafu Fund by 26.46 million yuan, and its equity holding will increase to 51%.

Huaxin Securities announced that it plans to increase its contribution to Huafu Fund by 10.2041 million yuan, corresponding to an increase in capital of 26.4616 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, its equity ownership in Huafu Fund will increase from 49% to 51%, making it the controlling shareholder. Senior executive Yu Haichun will serve as the Chairman of Huafu Fund. This capital increase constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The matter has been approved by the board of directors of Huaxin Securities, but still needs to be approved by the shareholders' meeting of Huafu Fund and obtain approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. In the past 12 months, the company has provided a liquidity support quota of 50 million yuan to Huafu Fund.
