According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Guangqi Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Song Yong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 24.08 million yuan. Its business scope includes solar power generation technology services, satellite communication services, industrial design services, new energy vehicle sales, and second-hand car brokerage. The equity penetration information on Enterprise Check shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Guangqi Group.
