Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, Shenzhen Yingwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. transferred multiple "Qijing" trademarks to Huawang Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. The international classification involves lighting and air conditioning, transportation tools, website services, etc., and the current trademark status is mostly awaiting substantive examination. Huawang Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2025 with He Xianqing as the legal representative. Its business scope includes car sales, manufacturing of car parts and accessories, and wholesale of car parts. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by GAC Group and GAC Aian New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. Public information shows that Qijing is a high-end intelligent new energy vehicle brand jointly launched by GAC Group and Huawei in September of last year, focusing on the market of cars priced above 300,000 yuan, and providing full-stack solutions such as intelligent driving, intelligent cockpit, and intelligent car cloud by Huawei.
