January 12th: The "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products 200" decreased by 0.31 points compared to last Friday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "200 wholesale price index of agricultural products" on January 12th was 128.40, a decrease of 0.31 points from last Friday, and the "basket of vegetables" wholesale price index was 130.93, a decrease of 0.35 points from last Friday. As of 2:00 pm today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural wholesale market was 17.83 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.8% from last Friday; beef was 66.12 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from last Friday; mutton was 63.50 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from last Friday; eggs were 7.61 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.8% from last Friday; and broiler chicken was 17.67 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.4% from last Friday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.51 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.4% from last Friday; and the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 7.80 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.9% from last Friday. The price of grass carp was 19.12 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.1% from last Friday; the price of crucian carp was 13.64 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.9% from last Friday; the price of silver carp was 10.51 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.0% from last Friday; and the price of croaker was 39.78 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.7% from last Friday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five with the highest price increase compared to last Friday are pineapple, lettuce, winter melon, oyster mushroom, and Chinese cabbage, with increases of 3.3%, 3.0%, 2.2%, 2.2%, and 2.0% respectively; the top five with the highest price decrease are zucchini, muscat grape, lettuce, rapeseed, and croaker, with decreases of 3.5%, 3.4%, 3.1%, 2.8%, and 2.7% respectively.
