Zhejiang seeks opinions: Building diverse and controllable computing power facilities and organizing the layout of a 10,000-card computing power cluster.

The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology took the lead in formulating the "Zhejiang Province's 15th Five-Year Plan for New Industrialization", and is now publicly soliciting opinions on the content of the document and its fairness and competitiveness. The opinions solicited pointed out the need to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure. This includes building diverse and controllable computing power facilities, orderly layout of Wan Card computing power clusters, and establishing an efficient and dynamic balance between computing power supply and demand. Implementing the independent large-scale model ecological cultivation project, creating internationally first-class universal large-scale models and open-source communities, and cultivating industry-specific large-scale models and intelligent bodies. Gradually promoting the construction of trusted data spaces, and carrying out pilot projects for innovative development of industrial trusted data spaces. Systematically constructing a new generation of communication networks, accelerating the coverage of 5G networks in towns and above regions, and striving for 6G actual network trials. Implementing actions to integrate industrial Internet and artificial intelligence, expanding "platform + intelligent body" services, and optimizing the industrial Internet system architecture. Strategically planning satellite communication facilities and space-time infrastructure, accelerating the construction of low-altitude, maritime, and other digital integration infrastructure, and comprehensively strengthening radio monitoring facilities.
