State Council: Appoints Jiang Chenghua as Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations of the Ministry of Commerce.

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on January 12, the State Council appointed and removed national government officials. Jiang Chenghua was appointed as Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations of the Ministry of Commerce; Chang Zheng was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of the China Disabled Persons' Federation; and Shen Bo was appointed as the Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. You Liang was removed from the position of Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of the China Disabled Persons' Federation; and Tan Jian was removed from the position of Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
