US stock index futures fell after Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell said the Justice Department has issued a subpoena to the Fed Grand Jury, threatening criminal charges against it. S&P 500 index futures fell 0.3%, while Nasdaq 100 index futures fell 0.5%.
