On the 11th local time, Venezuelan Minister of Communication and Information Jorge Rodrguez condemned the bombing in Caracas on January 3, stating that the kidnapping of President Maduro and the First Lady by external armed forces constitutes a serious violation of international law and a "war crime" in the 21st century. The military strikes, including on medical facilities, are a blatant disregard for international humanitarian law. Rodrguez emphasized that despite threats and aggression, Venezuela's constitutional order continues to exist. He reiterated that Venezuela will not surrender.
