National Medical Insurance Administration launches the pilot construction of "individual medical insurance cloud" platform.

The National Medical Insurance Administration issued a notice today to carry out the pilot application for the construction of "Personal Medical Insurance Cloud". From February to December this year, pilot construction of "Personal Medical Insurance Cloud" will be carried out in some areas to explore a new model of intelligent medical insurance management covering the entire population, entire life cycle, and entire scenarios. The National Medical Insurance Administration requires pilot areas to use the national unified medical insurance information platform as the foundation to construct provincial personal medical insurance clouds. It will comprehensively gather core data such as diagnosis, treatment, settlement, and drug consumption of designated medical institutions in the region. It will focus on integrating wearable devices, home smart monitoring devices, and data from physical examination institutions to promote effective integration of in-hospital medical settlement data and out-of-hospital health sensor data.
