As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Tang Xiuqing and the concerted action company Haoyu together hold a total of 97,810,700 shares, accounting for 31.73%, of which 30,608,000 shares are in a pledged state, accounting for 31.29% of his shareholding and 9.93% of the company's total share capital.
