The "Application Scenarios of Artificial Intelligence in Food Safety Risk Governance and Research Results on Food Safety Status" conference was held in Beijing on the 27th. The conference demonstrated the use of the "Chinese Food Safety Supervision Sampling Data Platform", "Intelligent Supervision Platform for Edible Vegetable Oils", and "Professional Language Annotation Platform for Food Safety Risk Governance", and introduced the main content of the two group standards "Guidelines for the Digitalization of Food Industry Enterprises" and "Guidelines for the Digitalization of Regional Food Industry Construction". The conference also presented seven research results including the "Report on the Research of China's Food Safety Status" and "Typical Cases of Digitalization and Intelligent Transformation of Food Enterprises".
