Ye Hanbing, former Deputy Governor of Sichuan Province and former Director of the Provincial Public Security Department, Fu Qiang, former Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the 123rd Regiment of the Seventh Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Zhu Yongqing, former Party Branch Member and Deputy Director of the Fifth Division of the Henan Provincial People's Procuratorate, Gao Yongfeng, former Party Branch Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Hengshui Arbitration Commission in Hebei Province, Zhao Yong, former Director of the Overall Planning Department of the Nanjing City Planning and Natural Resources Bureau in Jiangsu Province, Zeng Haiyang, former Standing Committee Member of the Liaoyuan Municipal Committee in Jilin Province and former Party Secretary of Dongfeng County, and Yang Haimin, former Party Branch Secretary and general manager of the Zhengrong Grain Qidong Branch, were all found to have violated regulations such as having extravagant banquets, accepting and giving gifts and cash gifts, changing official trips for personal leisure, engaging in "political achievement projects", and participating in study exchanges without substantive content, and were subjected to serious disciplinary actions.
