Kiev's large-scale power outage interrupts heating supply.

According to Ukrainian sources, in the early hours of today, local time, the Russian army launched a large-scale aerial attack on several cities including the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv. Kyiv City Mayor Klitschko stated that the Russian army's attack on the city has resulted in 19 injuries. Ukrainian energy company DTEK reported that due to the Russian army's attack, Kyiv has implemented emergency power outages. The Kyiv City Government stated that over 2600 residential buildings, 187 nurseries, and 138 schools in Kyiv are without heating. Currently, the temperature in Kyiv is around zero degrees Celsius.
