The National Internet Information Office is drafting regulations on AI personalized interactive service management and soliciting opinions from the public.

According to the Securities Times APP, on December 27, the Cyberspace Administration of China released the "Interim Measures for the Management of Artificial Intelligence Human-like Interactive Services (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)", and solicited public opinions from the society. The draft proposes that providers should implement the main responsibility for the security of human-like interactive services, establish and improve management systems such as algorithm mechanism review, science and technology ethics review, information release review, network security, data security, personal information protection, anti-telecommunication network fraud, major risk contingency plans, emergency response, etc., have secure and controllable technical security measures, and be equipped with content management technology and personnel suitable for product scale, business direction, and user groups.
