The State Internet Information Office has publicly solicited opinions on the "Interim Measures for the Management of Artificial Intelligence Personified Interactive Services". It mentions that in providing and using personified interactive services, one must abide by laws and regulations, respect social morality and ethical standards, and refrain from engaging in the following activities: generating and spreading content that endangers national security, damages national honor and interests, undermines national unity, engages in illegal religious activities, or spreads rumors that disrupt economic and social order; generating and spreading content that promotes obscenity, gambling, violence, or incites crime; generating and spreading content that insults or defames others, infringes on their legitimate rights and interests; providing false promises that seriously impact user behavior and damage social relationships; harming user physical health by encouraging, beautifying, or implying self-harm or suicide, or harming user dignity and mental health through linguistic violence or emotional manipulation; inducing users to make unreasonable decisions through algorithm manipulation, misinformation, or emotional traps; inducing and extracting sensitive confidential information; and other violations of laws, regulations, and relevant national provisions.
