Xu Ying was elected as the new chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Social Sciences.

The 10th Congress of the Jiangsu Province Social Sciences community was held in Nanjing on December 26th and 27th. According to the Constitution and election methods, after full discussion, promoting democracy widely, and strictly implementing procedures, the 10th Council of the Jiangsu Provincial Social Sciences Federation was elected. Comrade Xu Ying was elected as the Chairman of the Council, and Comrades Wang Chengbin and 19 others were elected as Vice-Chairmen of the Council, with 67 others elected as Executive Directors.
