Three people were injured in a knife attack on the Paris subway.

On December 26th local time, a knife attack occurred on Paris Metro Line 3 in France. According to police reports, a man attacked and stabbed three women at different stations along this line. The incident took place between 4:15 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. that day. The injured have been taken to hospital for treatment, and their injuries are not serious. It is understood that the suspect later escaped the scene via the metro and was eventually arrested by police at his residence in Sassele, Val-de-Marne. Police say the man is of Malian descent and was born in the year 2000. Authorities have ruled out the possibility of a terrorist attack.
