Yunnan Chengtou announcement: The term of Yunsou Partnership Enterprise is adjusted from December 26, 2025 to December 26, 2033, and a "Memorandum" is signed. According to the agreement, the latest date for the obligation to make up the difference is adjusted to December 26, 2030.
