The plaintiff Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit against the defendant Xinda Power, alleging that there were quality issues with the battery cells delivered by the defendant to the plaintiff from June 2021 to December 2023, causing losses to the plaintiff, and demanding that the defendant fulfill its obligation to pay compensation and other amounts. The amount involved in the case is 2.314 billion yuan.
