Recently, CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited) and Xiamen Jianfa Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will fully utilize their advantages in industry, technology, resources, and market layout, focusing on three main areas for strategic cooperation: In the new energy automotive industry, they will rely on the jointly invested Time Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd., deepening cooperation in battery comprehensive after-sales services, safety technology, battery business model innovation, and providing top-notch solutions for the new energy market applications. In terms of the supply chain business, CATL will open up the supply chain project cooperation to Jianfa Group, leveraging Jianfa Group's strengths and resources in supply chain operations to assist CATL in product, production capacity, and technology going global, and help optimize and upgrade its supply chain system. In terms of emerging industry investment, both parties will collaborate in co-investment or forming funds to promote advanced technology incubation, high-end production capacity upgrading, and innovative ecological construction, achieving value creation and long-term mutual benefits.
