Guangdong Construction Engineering Group (002060.SZ) plans to plan and construct a project with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of green methanol and 65,000 tons of green LNG.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Guangdong Construction (002060.SZ) announced that on December 26, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Hydroelectric Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Yue Waterpower Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yue Waterpower Energy Group") signed a "Green Methanol Project Investment Cooperation Framework Agreement" with the People's Government of Tancheng County, Linyi City, Shandong Province in Linyi City. It plans to invest in and construct green methanol, green LNG, and centralized wind power projects in Tancheng County, Linyi City. The planned projects include an annual production of 200,000 tons of green methanol, 65,000 tons of green LNG, and a 500MW centralized wind power project (subject to final approval), with an estimated total investment of approximately 6 billion yuan.
