Industrial and Information Technology Ministry Party Group Theory Learning Center Group Special Study on Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought

On December 26, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology carried out theoretical study by the leadership group, conducting in-depth study to implement Xi Jinping's cultural ideology. Li Lecheng, the Secretary of the Ministry's Party Committee and Minister, presided over the collective study through a "lead reading + discussion" approach, with the Ministry's leaders discussing the study theme in depth and exchanging ideas based on practical work. The meeting emphasized the key task of achieving new industrialization and ensuring a good start to the "15th Five-Year Plan". It highlighted the need for better leveraging the role of ideological and cultural work in leading, supporting, and empowering. It is necessary to persistently consolidate and embody the spirit with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply understand and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on new industrialization, strengthen research, propaganda, and interpretation, and promote Party members and cadres throughout the entire system to conduct work in a more rule-based and creative manner. Efforts should be made to do well in economic propaganda and public opinion guidance, adhere to the basic principle of unity and stability, and focus on positive propaganda, strengthen policy interpretation, stabilize expectations, boost confidence, and create a favorable public opinion environment for the industry's healthy and sustainable development. It is important to resolutely guard against and resolve ideological risks, maintain and strengthen various ideological positions, strengthen industry's network information security management, enhance the ideological and political work of affiliated universities, promote national work within the Ministry's system, and optimize and strengthen industrial publishing. Industrial culture should be vigorously developed, industrial heritage protection and inheritance should be strengthened, industrial cultural tourism should be actively developed, Chinese industrial stories should be told well, social positive energy should be fully stimulated, and a social trend of respecting creativity and advocating industry should be fostered.
