Sinopec Capital: China Petroleum Group intends to transfer 3% of its shares to State Grid Yingda Group.
China Oil Capital announced that it has recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder, China National Petroleum Corporation, that on December 26, 2025, China National Petroleum Corporation signed a share transfer agreement with State Grid Yingda Group, planning to transfer its 379,262,372 shares of the company's A shares to State Grid Yingda Group. This transfer will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, but it still needs to be approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and undergo registration of the transfer. After the transfer is completed, China National Petroleum Corporation's shareholding ratio will decrease to 74.35%, and State Grid Yingda Group will hold 3.00% of the shares.
