The CSRC International Department has issued supplementary material requirements to 19 companies, including the requirement for Xiaoe Inc. to provide further explanations on shareholder situations and other matters. On August 22nd, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Xiaoe Inc. has submitted an IPO application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation being its exclusive sponsor.
