Dah Han Company is a subsidiary of the West Travel Group, the controlling shareholder of the company. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and a special meeting of independent directors, without the need for shareholder approval, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. From the beginning of 2025 to the disclosure date, total related transactions with this related party amounted to 3.591 million yuan. In 2024, Dah Han Company had a revenue of 200.5138 million yuan and a net profit of 15.2501 million yuan.
