Shandong Road and Bridge announced that in recent days, its subsidiaries, Engineering Construction Group and Road and Bridge Group, have won bids for multiple expressway projects. Among them, the total bid price for the sections of Yiyuan to Zoucheng expressway is 9.402 billion yuan, accounting for 13.18% of the revenue in 2024; the bid price for the construction of the first section of Weifang to Yiyuan expressway is 3.4 billion yuan, accounting for 4.77%; the bid price for the construction of the first section of Weizhou expressway Changle connection line is 1.436 billion yuan, accounting for 2.01%. The construction period for the projects is 1095 calendar days. The bidding party is a related party of the company, and relevant related transactions have been approved. The projects have not yet signed formal contracts, and there are uncertainties and construction risks.
