The National Trade Union and six departments held a consultation meeting to jointly safeguard the rights and interests of workers.

The meeting emphasized that it is important to take the protection of workers' rights as a major and top priority with a stronger sense of responsibility and mission. It is necessary to focus on key and difficult issues that concern the interests of workers, conduct in-depth investigations and research, actively explore solutions to problems, and work together to improve laws and policies related to the protection of workers' rights, strengthen work mechanisms. It is important to seriously supervise the implementation of labor laws, publish typical cases and improve the enforcement of laws. It is necessary to strengthen the "one-stop" mediation of labor disputes among all levels of trade unions, courts, procuratorates, judicial administrations, human resources and social security departments, industrial and commercial federations, enterprise federations, etc., and fully implement the new era of trade union practices based on the "Fengqiao Experience". We also need to enhance data intelligence, establish and utilize platforms for labor dispute mediation services provided by trade unions, and work together to make new and greater progress in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
