Announcement from Arkon Corporation: The major lawsuit between the company and Beijing Dehou Cloud Investment Co., Ltd. has been settled. In May 2024, Dehou Cloud filed a shareholder representative lawsuit for damages to the company's interests with the Beijing Haidian District People's Court, demanding that the controlling shareholder Xu Jiang and the company cease infringement and compensate Beijing Zhonglian Runtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. for economic losses. Recently, all parties reached a settlement on the relevant disputes, and the Beijing Haidian District People's Court issued a Civil Mediation Document, with the plaintiff Dehou Cloud withdrawing all claims in this case. This lawsuit did not have any impact on the company's profits.
