Nakata Logistics: The construction project of the container intelligent transportation information platform is delayed until the end of 2026.

Zhongnai Logistics announced that the company had previously raised a net amount of 2.728 billion yuan through a non-public offering of shares. As of November 30, 2025, the projects for purchasing container ships and supplementing working capital have been completed, while the projects for purchasing containers and constructing an intelligent transportation information platform for containers have not been completed. Due to external environmental changes and other factors, the company has decided to extend the deadline for the completion of the intelligent transportation information platform project from December 2025 to the end of December 2026. This decision has been approved by the board of directors, and the sponsoring institution has no objections.
