Guifu Electric Power: Subordinate Longtan Hydropower Station 1000-ton navigation construction is about to start.

Guifeng Power announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Longtan Company plans to start construction of the Longtan Hydropower Station with a 1000-ton-level navigation building by the end of December 2025. The construction period is 69 months, and it is expected to be completed with water commissioning on September 20, 2031. The estimated total investment for this project is 5.346 billion yuan, an increase of 2.35 billion yuan compared to the original 500-ton-level plan. The original 2.43 billion yuan investment and financing costs will be borne by the Datang Group, and the additional investment will be raised by Guizhou Province. This adjustment does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's production, operation, finances, and cash flow, in line with the long-term interests of all shareholders.
